Join us for a fun evening with Four Roses Bourbon. Our executive chef has prepared a four course dinner to enjoy with a complimentary welcome cocktail and samples from the Four Roses Bourbon portfolio. Dinner will include; a butter lettuce salad with heirloom tomatoes, bacon, goat cheese, and bacon honey mustard dressing. Scallop and grits with corn and poblano succotash, and a cajun cream sauce. Smoked brisket with a corn souffle, hot honey, and sweet onion pickles. finish the evening with homemade bread pudding and bourbon pecan ice cream
